    So happy this place has opened! I was so excited by the addition of a Manhattan Bagel not far from work, and it has been such a game changer! The entire staff is always so nice and pleasant, and after that interaction I get to enjoy a delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee! I hope that everyone who enjoys a great breakfast sandwich embraces this new Manhattan location!

    Solid spot, quality bagels. Friendly service, clean location. I really enjoyed the bacon egg and cheese, although its a little small on the egg, and the plain bagel plain cream cheese is strong. Lots of bagel options.

    This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My food was served cold, and when I asked for it to be remade, I was given the runaround — first told yes, then no, then yes again. After waiting, I found out nothing was being done. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he wasn’t there. A few minutes later, he came out himself and told me he would not be remaking my food and that I needed to contact the third-party delivery service for a refund. His attitude was dismissive and completely unprofessional. It’s one thing to make a mistake — that happens. But to lie to a customer, refuse to fix the issue, and act like you don’t care is unacceptable. I’ll never come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic courtesy or accountability.
