  So so good! They were SUPER busy, but every person greeted me with a smile, especially the girl at the register, who was very friendly. I had my smoothie within 6 minutes of ordering, despite how busy they were, and it is fantastic. Definitely recommend!!

  I’m not new to tropical smoothie cafes, but this particular location just open less than a week ago. They were very busy when I went in, but every person smiled and although busy, they still acknowledged each person coming through the door. The young woman at the register was newer, but so kind! She made a mistake on another customers order and her manager was top! She showed her where the correct buttons were without yelling or shaming and reminded her she was doing a good job! For a new business in this area, I hope this service continues! Great job to manager and staff alike!

  Lost a customer before they even had one. Myself along with others noticed the signs along the road a few days before heading in for the first time. We arrived to a locked door with customers inside. When approached by a worker, I was asked if i was a working neighbor. When I said no, I got a very rude “we’re not open then.” Why are there several signs stating they are open if they’re not? Why not just put a note on the door? The customer service was awful and I won’t be returning.

  I don’t appreciate the secret tip that is added without my permission. Other than that food is great. I don’t appreciate having to ask for the açaí bowl when I get there when it’s an online order and I should be able to grab and go.

  I’m a huge fan of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe chain, and thrilled to have one in Altoona now. Service was expeditious, and the food was great. My only issue is that they didn’t have the jalapeño chips lol
