- LBLevi Beers3 days ago1.0This was straight-up theft. I placed and paid for a $14 order in the Subway app at 315 E Pleasant Valley BLVD on Jan 9th 2026 at 2:30pm. When I came in, the staff “couldn’t find it.” I never received my food and they didn’t resolve it in-store. After I complained, the order was marked “picked up” even though it absolutely was not. So I’m out the money and they made it harder to get an automatic refund. Call it whatever you want—charging me, giving me nothing, then marking it picked up is theft in my book. Staff was rude, ignorant and completely unable to operate subway equipment, know subway policy or even handle the matter.
