Helpful staffer said she would get things packed for me. Issue became of the 13 bagels I ordered, and paid for, she only had 8, forcing me to pick five I didn't want. Called the manager and he said he was sorry, but they sell out as people come in... why is the system allowing me to pre-order, if the order can't be filled? Thankfully, not a catering order. Anyways, he said, "I'm sorry" again... no offer of a refund option (I had paid at 10am), no offer to stop in tomorrow and get what I actually ordered. Value for money was disappointing, as I frankly got a bit over half of what I ordered. Could you imagine a plumber telling you, hey, I know you ordered copper and paid for it, but we had to substitute plastic. Sorry.
