  We started shopping here about two years ago. The customer service is great, but in the last six months or so we have been getting bad produce. We do use the pick-up shopping service, so I don't know if they deliberately pick produce that has gone bad already or if there is something else going on, but we are very close to changing where we shop because of it. Just today we had a pickup order and the butternut squash they gave us had a rotten spot on it that was clearly visible. A few weeks ago we bought mangos and not one of them was good. We stopped buying the Martin's brand regular sized potatoes because the last two times we purchased them the skins were a very dark green (which is toxic to consume, so if you don't peel off a large portion of the potato you put yourself at risk). Martin's brand mandarin oranges are also usually not good quality. They are dry and flavorless. Its a hassle to have to call the store to report these problems every time it happens since it happens so often. They need to change their produce vendor or something...

  I've ordered groceries pick up many times, they always say there is stuff they were out of, but then I go in and its there, I guess don't order anything on a bottom shelf... they won't make the effort. Also at times it takes 28 minutes to bring out groceries I ordered 9 hours ago... it is perfered to going in the store where .mostly only self checkouts are open and they have the most annoying bagging feature. It beeps and calls over staff multiple times when you don't place the item in there fast and in the right way... so either stand in line for a long time because only one line is open with a teenager running the checkout who looks perpetually annoyed or order your stuff online whatever... 🙄

  I was there 2/22/2026. I and my wife were getting all of the WIC food for the month for our grandkids and daughter. We were getting really confused about what we had that wasn't on the list. The supervisor Nadine, took such good care of us. Walked us through it, line by line until we found it. It was the bread, we had the wrong size. I do hope that she is the person who trains new employees on customer service/relations. You have a very happy customer here. Thank you.
