However, I saw someone be wrongfully terminated this evening and it was extremely off-putting to see. This young man was cleaning the tables (did a great job) but was hounded by two ladies for not changing the cloth to wipe each table individually, which if I'm honest, is insane. He was trying his best and was clearly doing his job. Someone, who I assume was the manager, screamed at him when the ladies complained, right in the middle of the establishment. It felt like a power trip and very unfair to not only the customers who were enjoying their meal, but the workers, who are clearly doing their best on a busy night. Typical boomer complaint followed by a young guy (who I found out was his first week on the job) getting fired on the spot. Do better, Five Guys.
