Had a family member order us a pizza for hard times and it was 1 large pizza with no toppings and it took 2 hours to arrive less than 1 mile away. When the delivery driver actually arrived he got whiny about the tip. When my wife said she didn't know the tip situation he said verbatim, "I drove out here for nothing!" Keep in mind this was 2 hours after the order was placed. Really cowardly move to yell at women on the street when you don't get what you want. Called the store and complained and was told they'd talk to him and talk to the general manager. So now I'm calling every single day until the general manager tells me what happens to Mr. Silver Truck. The pizza was also cold when we got it.
