  So this was my order a couple of weeks ago. Barely ANYTHING in here. This was without taking a single bite. That was the mostly the first problem I really had there so I let it go because mistakes happen and I do love the food. Just today, I ordered the 81g protein meal with DOUBLE meat(steak) with veggies, lettuce, hot salsa, rice, cheese, and beans. I got ZERO meat which I don’t know how you mess that up, and no salsa. The portion wasn’t as bad as the picture but could’ve been better. Two times in a row makes me question even coming back or ordering on the app at least.

  Went here for the first time with my grandparents. We each got a chicken bowl with toppings of our choice and it wasnt to bad. It wasnt the best just wishing there was more variety of toppings. Will say chips. Salsa. And queso is good if you just want chips and dip. Another issue was the lobby here was so dirty, not a single table was cleaned in the dining area. Food was all over the floor in the dining room and trash was over flowing to the point it was on the ground, a lot of people were getting take out and we understood why. This place is okay but something to be in the mood for. I didnt think to take pictures of the lobby for an accurate review at the time.

  Jeyden was a great help today, knew what food was the best and helped me get the best bowl I have had in a while. Very busy when I went but the line went fast! Thank you Jeyden!

  If I could leave a 0 star I would. I come here all the time and they are nothing but nice. Today I stopped by and the unpleasant atmosphere was very disappointing. The cashier who I’ve never seen before was so rude. I asked for “ a water cup or small drink” and the snap back attitude was very surprising. She said “ well you getting soda or water very rudely” I shook it off like nothing happened thinking maybe this cashier I’ve never seen was just having an off day. Then my friend pretty much had the same experience. As we were leaving she muttered under her tongue about my friend getting a water cup. I don’t know what makes people so rude but it really upset me

  This restaurant is full of kids running this place with extremely poor customer service. This is the only Chipotle in Blair County n surrounding area and not to have vineagarette prepped for the entire shift is completely ridiculous. This place is the poorest run Chipotle my husband & I have ever been too. I think the General Manager needs to raid thru this place and put grown adults behind the line to prepare food for customers rather than a bunch of immature children that make the place feel very unwelcoming. When ur a paying customer there shouldn't be a limit on how much rice is being put onto a rice bowl, but this Chipotle tries to dictate what you want on ur order. The "supervisor" if that's what u call her was VERY unprofessional when asked for a supervisor this young, lanky girl comes slinging herself out the back of the building as unprofessional as she could be yelling "how much more rice do u want" very rudely. Than the the curly hair girl running the register put her nose into something that didn't have anything to do with her, rolling her eyes- parents must not have taught her anything, she tried standing at the register arguing about again a situation that had nothing to do with her n she involved herself but all in all very poooor customer service, these restaurants need to realize these children can't run establishments at all!! #reassessurhelp#needstobeadultran#maturepeopleplease!
