  Ordered a # 5 which was a burger 🍔 meal and the burger was still pink and pretty much raw in the center ,however the cashier was extremely kind and a vary respectful person.

  I love Arby’s and I don’t want to be petty but if you have flavored lemonades I am not sure why you couldn’t do flavored tea’s… it just makes sense, it’s a flavored liquid with a pump.. why could it not also be added into a tea? In fact, maybe a week ago I came to get Arby’s and I had asked if they could put the strawberry flavor in a tea for me and they had no problem doing so and talked about trying it themselves because it sounded good (very much so). So imagine my surprise when I asked if they could do that for me today as well and the woman told me that it is NOT ALLOWED.. and so I did mention how somebody had done it for me already, just for somebody else to chime in and shout (assuming it was the manager) “who was it because they will be fired!” First of all.. I do not know the employee by name and secondly I wouldn’t tell you if I did since you insist of FIRING somebody from their job over pumping strawberry flavor into a tea for this pregnant lady (me) That is very odd to me that it would be such a big deal and I just can’t seem to get over it… I just really wanted that strawberry tea, it was infact very good! MAYBE I can encourage you then to start doing flavored tea’s along with the lemonade. I don’t mean to make such a huge deal out of this but it really is frustrating because why would this not be allowed?? I just don’t understand… all you have to do is pump the flavor into the tea!!! It’s not hard! So thank you Arby’s for pissing a pregnant woman off when all I wanted was my strawberry flavored tea..

  This location is always a great experience. Staff is fast and friendly. One particular woman who runs the drive thru stands out and is always on top of it all.
