If the order had been prepared correctly and without unnecessary issues, I would have had no reason to feel dissatisfied or to leave this review. Unfortunately, the cashier who took my order gave a strong impression—through tone, facial expression, and behavior—of someone who was unwilling to work professionally. My order was not listened to carefully, and items were entered arbitrarily before I was charged. When I questioned this, I was told that an iced Americano and an iced caramel macchiato cost the same, which is clearly inaccurate. Additionally, the extra cup of ice I ordered was only about two-thirds full at best. Once a customer has paid, the quantity and quality of what is provided should match what was purchased. I am not expecting luxury or special treatment—only the basic value and accuracy that should come with any paid order. After this brief visit, I was left with the impression that this location lacks a sense of responsibility toward its customers. That is disappointing, and it is the reason for this review
