- J1jen 138Mar 1, 20261.0I ordered delivery through doordash. Simple order. Chicken strip basket with a blizzard instead of drink for my daughter, and a side of soft pretzels with queso for me. Received order and didn't get the blizzard. The queso sauce was open, spilled all over the pretzels with napkins stuck in it. Inedible. Never again. Update: Drove to location the following day to get the blizzard I did not receive in my doordash order. The manager was very friendly and also replaced my pretzels and offered a free item for the mistake. However when they handed me the MOCHA MUDSLIDE blizzard it was pure white. I told the employee this is a chocolate and coffee blizzard and showed her the picture on their app...it shouldn't be white. When she asked the employee behind the counter to remake it with chocolate he said "are you serious?!" Like I was somehow in the wrong. Lol They definitely didn't put the coffee in. I love my daughter and came here for her, but I told we're never going back after that.

I am completely disappointed in this visit. It’s a shame, they use to be so much better. Also I got a frozen lemonade and it tasted like it was made with old lemons.
