- DEDavid EnglertDec 2, 20251.0This was a first at the Rte.8 Caliente's where they had only one server and she was new and very lost. It was very busy and we felt bad for the server. She took or order quickly but we never got anything including our drinks after about 20 minutes, she went into the kitchen and never came back out. We left after about 25 minutes. Other people in there that we talked to were having same problems.

- BABill AtkinsOct 28, 20252.0I’ve been kind to Caliente (Allison Park). Used to be a great pie. I am sorry to say, I cannot chalk this up to a bad night anymore. They have regressed below the mean. 9 cut (pan) Godzilla (supreme). Dough was soggy, crust was ultra chewy. Sauce has now become sweet with minimal flavor. Served lukewarm. I’ve supported in the past and I’ve thought the hate was not warranted. Unfortunately, I won’t be back until they maybe figure things out. Maybe less expansion and more attention to quality is warranted.
