  It was a typical fast food experience. Our food was good hot and fresh, staff was helpful and courteous

  I was at this Wendy today and the floor was really slippery and I told an employee and he said that it's the product they use and went to the back and put wet floor signs. The floor is not wet is slippery and as I was there another person came in and almost fall and was very upset.

  I had a bad experience with William. He was rude, unhelpful, and acted like he didn’t want to assist customers. Customer service should be respectful, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case. When I went to order my food right away he gave me a attitude i guess there wasn’t any other drinks besides juice I have told him I wanted fruit punch I seen that he was filling up orange juice so when I have told him that wasn’t correct that I wanted fruit punch he responded “no you didn’t I have you’re order right here” and continued to fill up the rest of the drinks orange I will not be returning to this Wendy’s again if that’s how the employees treat people. I also have tried calling to speak to a manger and no one has answered the phone I didn’t feel comfortable walking into the building while the employee was there
