  I told the lady that was making my sandwich to change her gloves because i do not eat pork due to my religion she told me she doesn’t like people telling her that with an attitude and i didn’t even order my sandwich . Poor service do not go here go to jersey mikes two doors away

  Overall, this was a pretty weird experience. While I was ordering my sub, the employee kept stopping to talk to a coworker about catering, which made the process feel slow and a bit inattentive. When it came to toppings, I asked for green peppers and was initially given only two small slices. I politely asked for more since it was a larger sandwich, but after asking twice, the employee seemed frustrated and said that green peppers are “expensive.” That was surprising. I’ve never had an issue requesting extra veggies before. I understand portioning for certain items, but the interaction felt unnecessarily tense over something small. I’ll probably choose a different location next time. Overall, just an odd and uncomfortable experience.

  Says they are open until 9:30pm on Apple Maps and on store front…employee inside closed up early and would not take me at 9:10pm…drove out of my way after work to get here in time before they closed…very disappointed.

  The old white lady that works there was giving me attitude and just seemed generally upset. As soon as I walk in, she’s rudely starts with “take a seat, I’m only one working today”. Like okay lady, I wasn’t rushing you. Then while I’m sitting and she’s preparing the sandwiches, she rudely asks me in front of other customers how I got the sandwiches at a discount. I told her there was a deal online and she says something to insinuate I cheated the system lol. Then when I finally get my sandwiches, she says that she saw I asked for some extra veggies, but she didn’t put them in because she “doesn’t want to lose her job for a few vegetables”…. Then I come home and find that the breads haven’t even been toasted even though I specifically mentioned that in the order. I hope they find a way to remediate her customer service skills.

  Buyer beware, you're in for a scare! If you are willing to spend $13.50 for a $8.79 sandwich, then there's nothing to be afraid of at this location! Went in and was shocked to find myself with a $35 bill for two footlongs and two drinks. The soda machine was broken and just had a label with, and I kid you not, 'Soda." As we walked in and stood there for a few moments, another "regular" customer came in and was serviced before we were even spoken to! Her sandwich was $19, which is something I had thought was impossible to accomplish. If they hadn't already made our sandwiches, I would've walked out when I was told the price. Wanted to dine-in, ended up taking it to go. Please, go to Jersey Mike's next door, their prices are at least the same as other locations.
