  Went to Panera to pick up an order. They were very busy but John reassured me my order would be ready soon. He was very polite and even offered an extra pastry for the wait.

  I went with my mom and we had gotten chai teas and they tasted like chemicals, so we brought them back and the one girl was just rude to my mom for no reason even though my mom literally was nice abt it this girl was insisting there was nothing wrong with these drinks that quite literally tasted like chemicals. I work a very annoying job, and still don’t give normal customers or any customers a hard time. Then they remade our drinks and it was supposed to be iced caramel lattes and they came out with the ice melted and room temperature. The person who brought it out the second time was nice but the drinks just sucked and the issue wasn’t resolved.

  Just left there and the young lady at the counter was awesome. Other than that im very disappointed. They forgot a part of my order which was one of the treats. They also messed up another part of my order by giving me regular Mac and cheese when I ordered bacon Mac and cheese. On top of that they took redicualously long to fulfill the order, im watching the screen for the ordered they are fulfillingand my kept getting pushed down under random new names . Very frustrating.

  I just moved to Lehigh Valley. I moved here to be close to my daughter who just gave birth to my new grandchild on Dec. 30th. I was heading to see my daughter and wanted to bring some breakfast to her. So I decided to come to this location on Airport Road in Allentown, PA. This was my first time, EVER, in Panera(and I mean, anywhere). I was in there at 10:10 a.m. The girl at the counter took my order and then said, "hold on". She walked over to the manager and as they were talking, I could see and hear part of the conversation (because it wasn't far from me) the manager tell the girl "no" and shake her head. The girl comes back to me and said they weren't serving breakfast food anymore as it was too late. So I asked what time they stop serving breakfast, and she said, "10:30". At this point, it was only 10:21, and I said, "but it's not even 10:30, yet?!". I looked over at the manager and she was rude, arrogant and smug about saying "no". All I said was "Wow!" and I walked out. It was an egg and cheese on a croissant, NOT a 10-course meal!!! Now I know why I've never been in a Panera before, and I certainly won't ever waste my money on this place, EVER, in the future. Horrible manager! Horrible decisioning, Horrible experience!! Get your act together people! That manager needs to be fired!

  They messed up my entire to go order, overcharged me for what I "didn't " get, offered to email me a coupon, gift card fir future to make up for it, but of course never did
