  How can you have a McDonald’s with slow service?? Terrible. No one was at the register to take orders.

  Customer in front of me orders an ice cream. I ask for one and he says “ the machine …… is … down right now” when he literally just made an ice cream for the other customer.

  At 9:40pm on 2-24-26 after sitting in the drive-thru for over 10 mins along with 6 other cars, we were informed by a few adolescents who screamed from the back door that they are closed. Unfortunately some of the cars didn't hear the announcement and continued waiting there. This is a 24 hour restaurant. Put out cones to block the drive-thrus and turn off the order board. Or have an associate telling people through the speakers that they are closed. There was no explanation given, and no apologies for the inconvenience. I understand it's just McDonalds but teach your associates to have some common curiosity. They knew we were all sitting there. CHICK-FIL-A WOULD NEVER!
