  prices are high for mediocre food that don't even look like it in the ads, they aren't even paying there worker's enough money, and are not hiring. We're over this job market. Karma is coming for all you company's.

  If I had to give this place a rating it would be 0 all across the board . I have never encountered such disrespect, unprofessionalism, embarrassment , from such an establishment like this at any McDonalds. I have had way too many bad Experiences from here including them giving me food poisoning in 2024 from the E. coli outbreak they had from their onions and then them not compensating me for this illness or not wanting to compensate me. The quarter pounders they have made me in the past were pink inside. I heard the staff talking shit about me under their breath commenting on me eating there. The McDonald’s app even glitches from time to time. Today I walk in 3/27/26 around 3pm and I ordered my food with the rewards points I did two separate orders , one was a ice cream cone and the other was a McChicken on my mobile phone. I walk up to the counter waiting for my food and i tell the crew member “ Tamara “ I’m waiting for my mc chicken, she gets an attitude and then grabs a bag with my mcchicken sandwich in it with someone else’s order inside aswell… with my name on the bag and a guy named Albert’s name on it too. I just thought they’d given me the extra food cus the other customer didn’t want it or didn’t pick it up so I went back to my table ate the food and the crew member rudely walked up to my table saying “ you knew dam well that wasn’t your food “ aka the Big Mac she had placed in the bag along with my Mc chicken and “ you didn’t have to eat it” and she had other people laughing at me making it seem as though I was a thief and being that they seen I’m overweight they had other people laughing at me and the a female manager made it seem like it was my fault . So embarrassing! I will NEVER BE BACK ! I PERSONALLY HOPE THEY ARE FIRED and justice is served ! McDonalds you have lost a long time customer. The only reason I went to this one is because it’s closer to where I live. I’ve worked in a steak house for 2 years and I have never witnessed such disrespect and unprofessionalism In my life at any restaurant except here Or at my old job at the steak house! Unacceptable. This was a traumatizing experience for me as I used to be fat shamed as a form of mental abuse. 😢 no customer deserves to be treated so badly. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  By the time we got it the food was cold and then we told me it was cold the had it in a bag and we had to get it are self and the where just rude and the had had to use a air freshener every two minutes and there is no refills
