- SSStephMar 24, 20261.0My husband bought a water at Whitehall and it was already cracked and damaged before he bought it, by the time he got to Emmaus he noticed that the jug was leaking all over his truck so he stopped at the Allentown giant to exchange it. NOT get money back just exchange it. They were not only disrespectful because he threw away his receipt they offered no solutions to the problem at hand. It wasn’t until the manager happened to walk by, not because the associates took the initiative to go get the manger, for the manager to tell them to let him exchange the water it’s not a big deal. Overall was a horrible experience with something that wasn’t our fault, and we weren’t asking for money just a new bottle and for them to make it right since it’s the same company.
