I'm not even exaggerating when I say we were seconds away from walking out. We stood in front of the counter for 5 entire minutes. Employees were in the back. No one acknowledged anyone who walked in or gave a time period of when they'd be with you. Just filling online orders and having personal conversations, some of which were NSFW. I was searching for a kiosk to order on and googling if this Wendy's was online order only. Finally someone took our order. She was super apathetic and did not seem to know what was on the menu. My little and I both ordered sandwiches, no fries, sodas, and frosties. We both received fries, and my frosty came out an additional 4 minutes after the rest of our food. The 2 orders came in after us, but they were placed and being made and she was just standing at the counter staring at me awkwardly. She finally asked if they were almost done with it and someone from the back asked if I even still wanted it. I was so annoyed but all the employees looked to be 18-20 and didn't really seem to care so I saw no point in complaining or asking for the creepy greasy looking manager on duty.

Door dash isn’t refunding my order, or making it right… and no one answers the phone at this location terrible I will never eat from here again
