  I'm not the one who likes to share non positive reviews, but this one might help to make improvements. My family had food delivered to our home, and I ordered 2 Impossible Burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The Impossible burger tasted great, but its appearance was "impossibly" lackluster. My family did enjoy what they had ordered.

  Stopped here for dinner on 5/29. The guy who took my order was very personable and friendly. He recommended the bacon cheeseburger special which I ordered. He also made sure I knew the selection of sides and I chose the tots. The burger patties were a good size, nice and soft but the whole burger lacked flavor. Buns kind of fell apart almost like a gluten free bun. Tots were really good and so was the mango drink I had. Restaurant was clean and well kept inside. The burger could have been better but I had an overall good experience, I'd eat here again but try a different burger.

  We went here for dinner at 5:30pm Saturday thinking we would get there to beat the dinner rush. There was no line and perhaps three sets of people waiting for their order. We waited until just after 6:20 before our food finally came…50 minutes is an outrageous amount of time to wait for dinner at a burger joint. Even when we got the order, it was full of errors. We had three kids meals which were all relatively easy - three cheeseburgers, fries and a lemonade for a drink…the error here, they did not give us any drinks at all - three lemonades. We also asked for a water which we did not get. We also asked for a way back classic plain with tangy barbecue and mushrooms on the side. The burger came out with ketchup and mustard on it…no mushrooms or tangy barbecue on the side. The staff was mostly aloof and apathetic - they need some serious training. We usually go to Smashburger down the street and we will stick with that in the future for the convenience - their burger and fries are better and slightly cheaper and the meal is always ready in 10-15 minutes no matter how crowded it’s been. If we ever want a treat and willing to travel - we go to The Drip in Hellertown. Last note: we have been to the Wayback burger up 309 in Schnecksville and we were happy with the experience - so we know the potential is there. Unfortunately, the early start for this place is bad enough that I don’t think they will survive.
