- KDKirsten DelongSep 15, 20255.0Went in after work to grab subs because I didn't feel like cooking. The patron in front of me was somewhat difficult but I think Jaime (the wonderful young man serving her) was kind and respectful. She tried ordering her subs in the same manner you would order at a pizza/hoagie shop so she was flustered by his questions because what she was ordering and what she actually wanted did not line up. She then decided it might be a language barrier. Mind you, he spoke perfect English. Not even an accent. She tried using expired coupons by saying someone told her they were good for 30 days after the expiration date. It was insane. Normally I would have left because waiting a half hour for two subs to even get started would be kind of annoying. But I stayed because I needed to let this young man know that he was doing a great job and that I saw him and he mattered. Good luck to you Jaime. Never let anyone dim your light.
