That’s beyond ridiculous, it’s flat out embarrassing. How do you run an entire restaurant and collectively decide the phone doesn’t exist? What’s the point of even having one if nobody ever answers it? You’d honestly have better luck talking to a brick wall, because at least that would be consistent. Zero response, zero effort, same energy. TWENTY. TIMES. Not once did anyone pick up. Truly inspiring levels of customer neglect, Subway. This is customer service at its absolute worst. Do better, Subway, or just unplug the phone since no one there seems to know how it works.
