We’ve been eating authentic Indian cuisine and at Spice Routes’ restaurants for years and it has always been top notch, but the Allentown location has been by far the greatest Indian food experience ever. 5 stars, highly recommended.

We ordered mango lassi, samosa chaat and soya chaap as starters, malai kofta, aalu gobhi, with garlic naan/onion kulcha/chilli thyme naan and raita as main course, and kheer/moong daal halva/gajar ka halva as desserts. I enjoyed every item.

The atmosphere is pleasantly quiet, with Indian music playing softly for diners. They offer both a buffet and an à la carte menu, and you can choose to dine in or take your food to go. They also accept phone orders. I had the Chicken Tikka with rice, and it was delicious. The food was made fresh so I had to wait and it was worth it. They also operate another restaurant.
