Every time we order sandwiches here, they mess up our order—without fail. Tonight was no exception. We clearly explained exactly what we wanted, yet the sandwiches were still made completely wrong. To add insult to injury, we were the only customers in the store, so there was no rush or confusion to explain the mistake. Mistakes happen, but repeated errors combined with poor customer service are unacceptable. Unfortunately, this has become a consistent issue for us.

Picked up an original Italian and a mild Italian, Primo size. Returned home and immediately devoured them! Pricey? =yes
Pricey for what you get ?=no
Compared to the other local chain sandwich shops, Primo is light years ahead in quality... outstanding seeded Italian roll, packed with quality meats and toppings. They definitely do not skimp!

Very expensive for a small Turkey hoagie, and it was $19. They charge extra for every little thing. Such as dressing, lettuce, or tomato.
The workers are very unprofessional. They told me if I don't like it.Take my business elsewhere definitely won't be back.

We've ordered several times and the sandwiches have always been solid. Ordered 2 sandwiches this past Sunday (an italian and a veggie diablo) and the vegie diablo had some problems and wasnt very good. Called Monday to ask for a refund on the veggie and the employee was pleasant and said the general manager would process the refund. Refund was processed yesterday and money is pending a credit to my bank account. Good customer service matters. 5 stars for service and sandwiches are usually very good.
