- KOKayshla OcasioDec 23, 20251.0it’s impossible to speak to someone at the store, the call center just hangs up on you. they cancel your order don’t even tell you why or send an email you only know because you’re waiting for your pizza and then finally notice it was refunded not knowing why you call to ask why and they say if they cancelled it’s for a reason. terrible customer service called 4 times got hun up on and then wait on hold for who knows how long each time such a shame because i love pizza this location just sucks i never have this issue with macarthur rd location
