Was handed an empty cup and told make it myself. Asked for manager to find out how I would Do add ons and he wanted to get an attitude. Then he said I’d have to wait 5 minutes if I wanted coffee as it was brewing. I asked why it said ready. He said we clear the orders so we get our times. Will never return ti this location. Brewed ice coffee tasted like dirt!!!!

Every Panera I stop at gets worse. Another restaurant chain on the way out the door. Panera used to be a decent place to grab a not so cheap, but good quick meal. Now it's just overpriced mediocre food.
