  I don’t like leaving negative reviews since I know how hard it is as a business to please customers, especially in the restaurant industry these days with staffing challenges. That being said it’s my hope corporate sees this review and sees the opportunity for course correction or this location will be gone. My wife and I had found memories of going to outback when it was in tilghman square so we decided to take the kids and give it a chance. The atmosphere was nice and modern but everything else about this place was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. It took 15 minutes for someone to come over to our table so with little kids we just put in our orders along with our drink order. I think we saw the waiter once after that. It took so long for someone to come and clear plates, I actually got up and started taking plates to the back. It was crowded and I’d say the only reason for people being there is their incredible location. If this restaurant doesn’t get a hands on manager who can turn this ship around, this will be another vacant storefront and for the sake of the community, let’s hope they can get things Turned around.

  I ordered a honey butter sweet potato through Uber eats and received a plain sweet potato with no toppings. I Called takeout and the manager informed me they cannot do anything for me. Uber eats is refusing to give me a refund. So I pretty much just spent $20 in delivery fees and tip for a plain sweet potato that I could have made at home…poor customer service and the order should have been checked more thoroughly.

  Very clean and delicious restaurant Perfect service REALLY CLEAN. Perfect dinner. Very friendly and professional staff.

  Dang, this location isn't that old is it? It was pretty terrible. A $30 medium was way overdone. Salad was a handful of mushy iceberg lettuce in a bowl. The butter was good. The booths were stained and dirty. A glorified diner with surprise "meat". Never again. **Contact who? How? While I am trying to appreciate the "canned" response, this will be a hard pass for me. These sort of responses are neither helpful nor productive, and they just continue operations as status quo. Good luck with the future of your dining establishment.

  I’ve always came to Outback I love their ribs & signature salad & Hse spicy dressing. If came cold just ask waitress t have heated up I never experienced that but no big deal things happen like all over. Carolmint pa going there today sun 11/2/2025 🙏👍🫶🏻
