  We stopped here on our trip, and ordered three McDonald's breakfast meals around 10:35. Unfortunately, we waited 30 minutes to get our meals.

  I waited over 20 minutes at McDonald’s 3860 Allentown without being greeted, acknowledged, or spoken to in any way. I share this not in anger, but as a minister and community member who believes that how we treat people matters especially in everyday interactions. A simple greeting or brief acknowledgment carries weight. It affirms dignity, presence, and respect. Delays happen. Staffing challenges happen. But silence toward customers should not be the standard. Communication is a form of service. I am leaving this review in the spirit of accountability and improvement, not condemnation. My hope is that leadership will see this as an opportunity to strengthen customer care and restore basic hospitality at this location. Small acts of courtesy reflect larger values, and those values shape communities.

  The experience was horrible. The only reason we went was because the location closer to our residence is currently shut down. The encounter started out with waiting to order more condiments after just barely getting our food with one of the female employees and the other female employee encounter was just so rude. The female employee gave attitude at first acknowledgment, was just rude all around after trying to buy extra condiments. My husband attempted to buy additional condiments and was denied stating "we couldnt buy at the 2nd drive thru window" After going back and fourth for what felt like over 5 minutes with the second female employee I let my husband know to just leave because I no longer wanted the continue the pointless interaction. The amount of food that we ordered was not enough for just 1 of each therefore the reasoning behind the attempt to pay for the extra condiments.

  My family and I are visiting from out of town and wanted stop by and grab something to eat. We ordered about $42 worth of food. After standing waiting for about 5 mins for someone to acknowledge us my husband finally waved a woman down and she proceeded to take our order. The food was freshly prepared fries and burgers were nice and hot. Before leaving an asked one of the associates if I could have an extra sauce and she responded I already put one in the bag I then said ok but I’m asking for a second sauce! Like it’s ridiculous to pay over $20 for food just for them to say you can only have 1 sauce. Allentown McDonald’s will never get my money!! A billion dollar company and acting like an extra sauce dip is going to kill their business. Shame on you

  Terrible breakfast! Pancake were hard on edges and food was cool. Muffin was stale.
