At 9:40pm on 2-24-26 after sitting in the drive-thru for over 10 mins along with 6
other cars, we were informed by a few adolescents who screamed from the back door that they are closed. Unfortunately some of the cars didn't hear the announcement and continued waiting there. This is a 24 hour restaurant. Put out cones to block the drive-thrus and turn off the order board. Or have an associate telling people through the speakers that they are closed. There was no explanation given, and no apologies for the inconvenience. I understand it's just McDonalds but teach your associates to have some common curiosity. They knew we were all sitting there. CHICK-FIL-A WOULD NEVER!

Myself and three other customers were standing in front of the Ordering counter while four of the McDonald’s employees stood in the kitchen talking to one another. One of the workers was even leaning against the registers with her back, turned to the four of us. I asked the other customers if anyone had received service yet. All rep replied, not yet. I then approached the woman leaning against the register and asked her politely if she was customer service. She turned around to me, look me square in the face And said “ I’m on break”. Then turned her back on me once again and walked into the kitchen out of sight. A moment or two later, someone asked me if I needed assistance. I Asked him if my pick up order was ready to which he responded were working on it. He then stood there for another minute, staring at me and reached over to grab a bag that was in plain sight handed it to me and said here it is. I tried to even call management, but the number listed as the restaurant phone number is a fax number. Apparently there isn’t even a manager available to speak with at that location.

Relatively fast. I asked the Drive thru team member if there were napkins in the bag and they said yes. When I got home, there were no napkins in the bag. Also, the McDouble was special order no onions and there were onions put on the bottom of the burger.

Was in the drive thru and misheard the worker when I corrected myself I received attitude and had to leave after she didn’t even attempt to apologize.
