Made the Right Way. Every Day. There's a reason our bagels taste different--they're made the traditional way. At Manhattan Bagel, we give each bagel a dip in a kettle of boiling water, then bake them fresh each morning. That's how we get our authentic shiny bagels with a crispy, golden crust on the outside and that soft, satisfying chew inside. No shortcuts. Just real, authentic bagels made the way they were always meant to be. We kettle-boil our bagels to lock in that shine and crunch, then bake them fresh daily for a chewy, golden bite. No shortcuts, just the classic NY method - done right, right here, every day.

My husband and I went there for the first time ever when we went in we placed our order as we're waiting for our order we started to realize just how dirty and unsanitary this place was on the door of the drink cooler they were smears it looked like never been clean in the back counter where the cook was preparing her meal there was crumbs everywhere and never look like he cleaned up after himself to make matters worse later in the day after eating the food my husband and I got severely sick with stomach issues and excruciating pain etc don't know how this place has ever passed inspection or is ServSafe certified. Would never recommend anyone to go there.

This store is not clean at all. The soda fountain looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I ordered an iced tea and pulled a cup from the stack and it was dirty. How a dirty plastic cup made it on the stack, I have no clue. The beverage cooler also looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in ages as there was visible dirt and debris on the floor of it. If this is how dirty things are that we can see, I don’t want to know what it looks like behind the scenes.
The health inspector needs to visit this place and shut it down.

Worst breakfast shop I’ve ever attended. I walk in for the first time ever and see a couple old couples sitting down eating their breakfast. Thinking to myself how bad could it be. I walk up to the counter ready to order and the man behind the counter start rushing me to talk. Trying to guess every word going to come out my mouth instead of letting me say my order. After the most difficult conversation to take an order, he finally get it all. 3 sandwiches and a hash brown. Walks away without letting me pay so I sit and wait. Then he goes on to take more orders while I still haven’t paid. The lady making the food then comes to me to confirm my order again. Even though I told the man 50 times what it was. After waiting 10-15 minutes I finally get my food. I sit waiting at the counter holding my food saying I still have to pay. The man continues taking more orders instead of finishing what’s in front of him. When he finally get ready to charge me, he misses a couple things in the bill so I had to repeat my order again so I could actually pay for all my food. Then I leave the shop after 20+ minutes of standing in there. Finally get home to eat the food. It’s wrapped up all messy but that’s not a big deal to me. The bagel was really small. The eggs portion and bacon size inside the bagel was even smaller. But what makes me even more upset after that ridiculous confrontation in the shop was that 2 of my 3 sandwiches had //EGG SHELLS// inside the eggs. Almost a quarter of the shell being inside. It’s not that hard make food right and paying $26 for 3 bagels sandwiches just to have egg shells inside was ridiculous. Especially with how small the egg portion was. The shell was easily visible before assembly the sandwich.

I ordered delivery from here twice when my normal bagel place was super busy. The first time they forgot a muffin that was ordered. I figured I'd give them another chance and they got this order completely wrong. First off, they forgot a plain bagel with honey almond cream cheese (even though the receipt with items listed on it was stapled to the bag). Second, they actually included the 4 everything bagels but didn't have the plain cream cheese. They included strawberry cream cheese instead. If my preggo butt could give them ZERO STARS, I would! All I was craving was an everything bagel with plain cream cheese and they couldn't even get that right. Literally none of the order was correct.
