- JSJulie SellJan 5, 20263.0Parking lot is cramped. Giant customers are even parking as far away as Staples parking lot is to get into the Giant. It's definitely not a pleasant experience
- MGMaia GeigerJan 3, 20262.0I utilized Giant Direct at the Emaus Ave location weekly. I loved the locker system and the everyone involved was wonderful to work with. This new store's Giant Direct system is very lacking. There are no lockers, so you have to wait in a parking spot and call into the store for your pickup. On 2 occasions, no one answered the phone and I had to go in and find someone. When the workers do answer, it seems to take a very long time for them to bring out your order. I am considering using Weis now for this service. I miss the old store and parking lot which always seemed calm and easy to navigate also. Sometimes bigger isn't better.
- MMMDec 28, 20251.0Parking lot and traffic flow is disastrous. Accidents waiting to happen with cramped lot and traffic flow out. Poor design. Store layout is cramped toward middle and end. Tight aisles. Shopping cart stalls are needed toward right side, carts left in lots of adjacent stores and spots. It's new but not better with these structural flaws. Overall, store seems smaller too.
- VGVI GDec 24, 20251.0They have a sign in the front of the store telling kids if they can find the elf in the store, mention it to the cashier for a special treat... my four year old grandson searched days for that elf and found it today and when we told the cashier at the self check out stand, she asked did we take a picture of it. I told her we did not because the sign doesn't say you must take a picture of it and I certainly wasn't going to get out of line to find it again and take a picture of it... She said she couldn't give him the treat...I couldn't believe she denied a 4 year old a treat... horrible customer service and my grandson was extremely disappointed... next time state the rules on the sign if a picture is required... very disappointed...not friendly at all... is the treat they were giving away that special that she was that stingy with it? and yes!! I agree with others.. the parking lot layout is disastrous and shopping carts should be near entrance not on other side past the exit..based on the traffic in and out I wont shop here regularly anymore.. Emmaus Ave was better location

I definitely recommend this location for any catering needs! I ordered a large veggie tray, fruit tray, hummus tray, cheese tray, wrap tray, boneless wing tray, and cookie cake. Everything looked amazing! Thank you again!
