There are 8 spots for it, and every single one was taken today with frustrated customers outside of their cars confused. Phone number not working. No employee coming out to explain or fix problems. If you are having trouble staffing, at least send someone out to tell customers that they will be out shortly. This is poor managing. I gave 2 stars because the inside is very nice and spacious. Once again, trying to be understanding because you are new, but at least explain things to your customers.
- NNNataliyaJan 15, 20262.0First of all, I have no idea what's going on with employees at this location. I used to love old Giant. For the most part employees were friendly. However, this new location and new staff..is a disaster. Most of them have no idea what's going on. Some have attitude. I was doing a self checkout and one of the items was not scanning, I got this weird attitude/vibe from this young man that was helping me. Making me feel like I am an inconvenience for him. Girls at the bakery are always nice though. Food seems to be fresh. Parking is a disaster l (the set up). I don't know...I'm giving this new place benefit of a double since it's new and possibly has new staff. But please, if management sees this post.. please, have your cashiers know their job and have more positive attitude towards people.
