I had to state my order five times via the drive thru, even clarified and corrected it with the staff on the other end, it still read incorrectly on the display screen. I stated it again and was told to pull forward… got to the window and STILL received the incorrect coffee. I informed them that I am diabetic and really need the sugar free syrup and was told “well you didn’t say that” to which I responded “actually, I did. Multiple times and even stated the screen was still incorrect but was told to pull forward. I don’t think I should have to say I have a medical condition to be heard or have my order correct…” I was met with further resistance to the point of saying “it’s fine. I’ll just take 10 units of insulin for this,” to which the response was “okay” and was handed the incorrect coffee, with the incorrect flavor of syrup, with no offer to remake it. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t go here if you need unsweetened syrup or your order to be even slightly correct.
