  Borderline stale, not fresh. My boyfriend and I were very sad. Go to Krispy Kreme gang.

  I ordered twice through the drive through. The one time I asked for a plain bagel toasted with “light” cream cheese. Well I got the bagel, and the bagel was BURNT and the bagel also had a thin layer of cream cheese as if it was butter that was almost absorbed into toast. I take it back in and they take the already BITTEN bagel and added more cream cheese then handed it back. I worked in food service to know that this is unsanitary. The first time I actually went through the drive through, I was deciding on what I wanted and I must’ve taken so long because whoever was taking my order was really rude about it. The second time, I went back and thought hey, it will be better this time. So anyways, I ordered loaded hashbrowns. Well, the hashbrowns were warm, the cheese was not. So I was eating warm hashbrowns with cold cheese . It was disgusting. I just can’t even imagine who works there and obviously they probably only ever prepared cereal for themselves… possibly .

  Breakfast sandwich was not made fresh to order, therefore was not hot enough and not fresh enough. Croissant was larger than it used to be; I prefer croissant breakfast sandwich smaller, the way it was before. And has to be made fresh to order or not getting it.
