When I got to the window, they handed me a cup with random munchkins and told me that's all they had. I asked for a spider donut instead. They gave me an orange glazed donut with a chocolate munchkin in the middle (no design) and told me it was a spider donut. For $2.50. 🙄 No thanks. I won't be back.

When I politely asked for my coffee to be remade, instead of helping, the staff questioned me and gave me rude looks. Three employees essentially ganged up on me at the drive-through, insisting that “this is how it comes” instead of simply fixing the order. Then, they told me to come inside—even though I clearly had three small children in the car, including babies. At that point, I did not feel comfortable or trust them to remake my coffees, so I drove away. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
