  One of the better DD in Allentown. Could be cleaner tables and chairs. 5 stars. Avacado toast was crispy and the Blueberry muffin warmed and had so much flavor. Coffee was the perfect temperature for the size and right amount of cream, no sugar. Definitely tell there up to date changing the filters.

  I’m giving this Dunkin’ Donuts a solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it’s honestly one of the more reliable and consistent locations I’ve visited. The coffee was fresh, the order was made correctly, and everything came out pretty quickly even though they were a bit busy when I stopped in. The staff was friendly and moved the line along without making anyone feel rushed, which I always appreciate. The donuts were soft and tasted like they were made recently—not dry or old like some places. My breakfast sandwich was warm, cooked well, and didn’t fall apart. The store was fairly clean, including the tables and the pickup area, which made the experience even better. The only small reason it’s not a full five stars is because the drive-thru wait was a little longer than expected, but overall the service and food made up for it. If you’re looking for good coffee, quick breakfast, and dependable quality, this Dunkin’ definitely delivers.

  Their prices are significantly higher than other DDs in the area and they don't have anything. I asked for ten munchkins (half chocolate, half pumpkin). When I got to the window, they handed me a cup with random munchkins and told me that's all they had. I asked for a spider donut instead. They gave me an orange glazed donut with a chocolate munchkin in the middle (no design) and told me it was a spider donut. For $2.50. 🙄 No thanks. I won't be back.

  Horrible Service Very Rude! Go to different location I had a terrible experience at this location. When I politely asked for my coffee to be remade, instead of helping, the staff questioned me and gave me rude looks. Three employees essentially ganged up on me at the drive-through, insisting that “this is how it comes” instead of simply fixing the order. Then, they told me to come inside—even though I clearly had three small children in the car, including babies. At that point, I did not feel comfortable or trust them to remake my coffees, so I drove away. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
