- RRReecesssDec 20, 20251.0Horrible experience from ordering to receiving. Never was greeted from the beginning or spoken to at the drive thru. Ordered a 6 piece hashbrown….that were very old/stale/burnt. The coffee was HORRIBLE. Not even sure what was mixed inside. The person handing me my food was VERY rude, basically shoved my drink in my face saying HERE in an ugly tone. took about 10 minutes. mind you I was the only car in line and there was maybe 3 people sitting inside. If I could rate in the negatives I sure would!
- RKr. kDec 19, 20251.0THE BEST DUNKIN CREW AROUND… now let me say why only 1 star…. the new renovations just completed… was way better before they changed it, comfortable cushioned seating area, warm colors on the walls… no more nice seating, you get hard surfaces only and its all painted grey and tan… i no longer want to sit inside and drink my coffee.

I have health issues so I can’t have caffeine and I always ask them to please make sure it’s decaf and they always assure me that it is but then I’ll have awful symptoms later due to the caffeine. And it always says it’s decaf on the label, but I can tell the difference due to the taste because the regular espresso tastes like espresso and the decaf one taste extremely watered down.
