There was no line, and we only asked for a couple of minutes to decide on our order. From that moment, the older Black lady at the counter (possibly the manager) was noticeably cold, rude, and acted as if serving us was a burden. While my sister was ordering coffee for our parents, she paused briefly (about three seconds) to confirm cream and sugar preferences, and the cashier snapped, “Well, I can’t decide for you,” in an unnecessarily rude tone. When my sister tried to use a coupon, the cashier was equally abrupt. Her body language throughout was unprofessional, and when handing us our drinks, she simply placed them on the counter and walked away without a word. We left feeling unwelcome and will not be returning.
