Today (Dec 16, 2025) I went around 6:15 PM to get two Iced coffees and two Avocado toast with bacon. I asked the person who took my order to make my drinks with LESS ICE and to put BACON on the avocado toast. He did exactly the opposite: the Iced coffees were overflowing with Ice (I felt like he even added extra ice to them) and the avocado toast did not had bacon on them. I want to think that the person who was there wasn't paying attention, but the screen and the receipt clearly show what I asked for, the product however, didn't. And that makes me feel that for some reason, he did it on purpose. Therefore, I write this bad review and hopefully Dunkin will make it right in the future.
