I immediately called the store and told the woman who answered the phone what just happened, and I described the driver and the vehicle. She said she knew exactly who this driver was, but that they were very busy and she assured me that the manager would call me back, but I have yet to receive a call. The near accident was bad enough but the lack of professionalism at the store is even more upsetting. No matter how busy they might have been at the time, there’s no excuse for a manager to not return a call and it tells me a lot about how the franchise operates.

I complete my order and call to report an allergy and make sure my son's pasta had no cheese, the man said the pasta was already done. In my head I cant figure out how because I literally just placed the order and then called in. But ok. I then ask for my wings to be cooked well done and was met with a sigh and then was told they were backed up and it would take longer for my order to arrive. Sir if my son's pasta was done so fast how would running my wimgs thru the machine twice be an issue? The pasta wings, pizza, everything goes in the same oven. No problem sir. Told him to cancel my order. Prices are too high to be playing with people.
