So every time i order from here i get robed of my chicken theres no meat here at all , im paying for a chicken bowl not a salad and rice bowl !!!! This is the last time i get food from this place !!!!!! I had to make my own chiken to put on this 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 who ever made my bowl i hope you get a flat tire getting home !!!!!!!

If your stores aren’t going to honor the “pick-up window” please don’t offer it on the app. It’s 5 degrees out, 2 workers walked by while making eye contact with me multiple times while i’m standing in the freezing cold (I rang the bell and all). One worker was blatantly eating a burrito right in front of me. after 10 minutes I had to go inside to grab my order. Which is obviously fine, but it would’ve taken them 3 seconds to say “so sorry we are busy please wait inside.” I should also mention my order was ready the entire time, I saw it there waiting (and the app told me so, I wasnt there before my scheduled pickup time) and when I went inside he grabbed it right away, lol so all in all he could’ve saved himself and I some extra steps. It’s just so disrespectful. I understand when a store gets busy but then the staff should understand how to operate during these times and have some common courtesy and communication. Not to mention this specific location is known for the rude staff and constant messing up /skimping on orders. They treat customers like we are inconveniencing them all the time..for doing..their job. Getting tired of these places and their workers not being held accountable for the SIMPLEST of things.

Hopefully the manager sees this but make sure your employees arent rude to customers when they dont want a certain item in their meal then proceed to throw their damn food when the employee is finished preparing them. Super rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional
