  If I could leave zero stars I would. I came with my kid. They only gave us half our food. I had to deal with their phone customer service for half an hour which was mind bendingly terrible. Especially when he tried to say he would give me a big for the next time I went.

  I had a great experience at Chipotle recently! We placed a large group order online, and employee Kirk Clifford made sure everything was organized, accurate, and that we had everything we needed. He even provided us with catering information to make future orders more seamless. His positive attitude and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Excellent customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you, Kirk, for going above and beyond!

  Awful experience. To start, they were completely out of bowls. Considering the only options are a bowl or a burrito, I’m not sure how that even happens. I was willing to just get a burrito instead, but what really made the experience worse was the employee helping us. He was extremely rude and acted like he couldn’t be bothered. To add to the annoyance, I paid almost $4 for a drink and the soda machine was broken. There was no sign posted nor did the employee checking me out said anything. The restaurant itself was also a mess. Trash bags were full and the soda area was filled with trash. Our first time at this location, the food was salty and inedible. This was our second time. Never again.

  Manager on Duty today had a terrible attitude with me and another customer. Portion sizes given by the manager on duty were much smaller than usual and when I said something she got an attitude with me, another customer came up with a question and she had this terrible look of distain on her face. When I talked to the cashier about my experience, she told me that she was a manager. The cashier apologized, but said that there was nothing that she could do. I was shocked that a manager would act like that towards customers. I know we all have bad days but this isn’t the first time I have experienced this, it isn’t even my second time. It has been many times over time. I will be going elsewhere with my business. This location has lost out on a lot of business from myself, my family, friends and colleagues. I have given this location many chances over time. Every time it starts to get better operations, it goes down not long after. Very inconsistent.

  If I could give this place a zero star, I would very filthy and dirty They are very cheap and their portion is very small they don’t even put the full scoop. I asked for extra steak half of it was thrown because it’s on eatable I was charged $6 extra for that also asked for small drink they gave me big size and I was so clear on top of that there is no k e spot in the place u can use that is not dirty they never clean the tables I would never ever come back again also the cups were they keep their spoons and forked is full of juice which is dry not even fresh and they seem that they never clean it for ages .
