  Driver was 20 minutes late picking up the order and then took over 20 minutes to deliver it when the resturant was 2 miles away. Most of the food was cold. The portions are a joke. I ordered asparagus and received 4 pieces of asparagus, the menu display shiws a portiin of about 10, which was poorly cooked. The Parmesan fries serving was so small that it did not even cover the bottom of the container and did not include the side of garlic aioli. It was literally half a potato for 6$ yet their photo on the menu shows about 3x the amount that was received. The mac and cheese had almost no sauce, and did no come with the beverage. The Filet & Shrimp Toscana, which was supposed to be medium rare was well done and grey. The shrimp was rock hard and dry, the spinach was just a clump and not mixed in as the image shows. The 9$ bowl of soup arrived in a container almost as smaller than a restaurant coffee cup. I find it hard to believe this was the bowl size, I'd have to guess it was maybe the cup size. All of the food was terrible in taste, quality & preparation. For the prices this place charges for the meat dishes, I expect what I order, not this trash. I honestly was very surprised, between the menu, prices, and reviews, I expected decent portions and great quality.

  DoorDashed two chicken noodle soups (one for me and the other for my coworker) it was her first time. Whoever served the soup gave a small cup filled with chicken barely any broth. The other small cup was filled with broth barely any chicken. I put this review on behalf of my introduced coworker whom never visit Carabas. Very disappointed! I contacted the restaurant and Carabas blamed DoorDash and recommended I request a refund when it’s the server fault. Bag was stapled and delivered normal. Carabas losing credibility at this point. Never again..

  Service was very good. The espresso martini was delicious. The bread was fresh and the seasoning in the oil was also good. The soup of the day - minestrone - was ok. The spinach was not good especially given its an up charge. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. The pasta was good as well.

  I expected better and didn't meet my expectations Disappointing experience. The food did not meet my expectations, and the service was poor. The waitress picked up my plate while I still had soup in it, without asking if I was finished. I had to tell her I wasn’t done yet, which made the situation uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. Overall, I expected much better and would not return. The service felt cold and unwelcoming.
