I watched the girl drop sauce packets on the floor and then pick them up and put them in my bag. I was disgusted and we didn’t eat the food so that was a waste of money but I just worked 13 hrs so I wasn’t wasting anymore time. This is the second time I had a bad experience here. A couple months ago I ordered food and the sandwiches were so saturated in grease they broke through the bag onto my car seat and there’s no reason for the meat to even be greasy. Learned my lesson, never going back to this Arby’s.
