Went through the drive thru, one of the employees kids was walking around behind the counter. I watched the girl drop sauce packets on the floor and then pick them up and put them in my bag. I was disgusted and we didn’t eat the food so that was a waste of money but I just worked 13 hrs so I wasn’t wasting anymore time. This is the second time I had a bad experience here. A couple months ago I ordered food and the sandwiches were so saturated in grease they broke through the bag onto my car seat and there’s no reason for the meat to even be greasy. Learned my lesson, never going back to this Arby’s.

Had some trouble even during second visit, accepting the food standard and cleanliness,
Employees should focus more on restaurant care and have more professional attitude towards their work.
Corporate should not bare the loss of employees not doing their job right.
