  Horrible experience. Workers says orders for baskin bobins dont come in so you can say you ordered anything and get no receipt. Everyone was waiting confused as every other number gets called. Ypu get none of your add on that you pay additional for

  Dunkin really needs to improve the quality of the food. Other fast food breakfasts are just better. My sauage egg and cheese croissant was smashed and doesn't look to appetizing. Also I paid for extra sausage and did not get it. Who ever operates this Dunkin doesn't seem to care about quality. Just read the other reviews.

  Went to order. Dude didn’t say one word! Customer service SUCKS. After he gave my order, I said thank you like I normally do…. Not a peep still. NEVER AGAIN… guess they’re buying up everything! What happened to Starbucks. Those girls were nice!

  Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. The customer service here is extremely poor and unprofessional. Two employees were working at the counter, and they were talking to each other in Spanish while interacting with customers. From the moment I approached, they seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. After I placed and paid for my order, I was told that the item I ordered was not available. Instead of offering an alternative or trying to fix the situation, they simply said they didn’t have it and made no effort to help. When I asked what other options were available, they responded with attitude and acted irritated that I was asking questions. Good customer service means helping customers when there’s a problem with an order. Standing there, being rude, and refusing to offer any solution is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address the service at this location.

  Ordered on kiosk. Just waiting while others served their coffee. 2 workers drinking their own drinks standing around NOT EVEN looking at the screen to see about my doughnut order. I had to ask. Then asked for receipt and she just IGNORED ME!!! This one is located in the travel plaza iff I-476 in Wescosville, PA. AND, DUNKIN' WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH YOUR CHOCOLATE FROSTED BOSTON CREME!!! IT HAD NEXT TO NOTHING INSIDE! THIS IS THE 2nd 1 OF YOUR STORES WITH LITTLE TO NO BOSTON CREME INSIDE. NO LONGER GOING TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT AGAIN IF THIS IS TO BE THE NORM NOW!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡
