- MRMariah RamosMar 31, 20261.0We pull up to the speaker and the woman mumbles something along the lines about a to go order but we misheard her and thought she asked us to pull up to order, we get to the window and she gives us an attitude expressing “I asked if you had a to go order” “Would you pull up to a McDonald’s or Burger King window and just order at the window?” After we ALREADY sincerely apologized for mishearing her she could’ve asked us to go back around and it wouldn’t have been a problem we didn’t even get to order everything we wanted because she didn’t ask if that was all, just very rude, having the audacity to ask if we would pull up straight to a window at another establishment and order is ridiculous and hypocritical because why would YOU ask the first customer that comes to your drive through speaker if they’re there for a specific order instead of just asking to take it? Just straight up rude!

- RRRickMar 1, 20261.0I placed this order when I was about 2 minutes away from this Dunkin location. This was the absolute worst meal from any Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been at. I got there just before 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday not one car at the drive-thru not one customer inside not busy at all. Can someone explain how you can burn everything in 2 minutes? My food was literally burned till it was black as you can see in the pictures. And to top it off my coffee was cold. I do get a lot of cream and sugar but I'm telling you it was ice cold. I've been disappointed with Dunkin for a while no matter what the location the quality has just gone down. But this meal seals it. I'm uninstalling the app from my phone and a McDonald's Egg McMuffin sounds really good right now. Shameful
