    Don't know what the food was like. Walked in, no one was at the counter at all. Man loading up one of the machines pretended he didn't see me. Saw a poster near the register with the manager's message that it is unacceptable to ignore customers or make them wait. I waited five minutes in all, never was even greeted, walked out. So food gets a one because there was none. I thought "maybe they prioritize the drive thru" but other reviews suggest that isn't it either. Place and parking lot is dirty anyway, and the staff only wish to pretend to be mice around back. Don't bother with this Dunkin', you won't be served or respected.

    Asked for cold foam, was told cold foam would be extra, I said ok. They proceeded to not give cold foam then when reminded it was too late and they literally squeezed a thin layer of cold foam into cup because there was already no room in the cup for the actual amount I paid for. Disappointed. We come here once a week. There wasn't a line either.

    Miranda had amazing customer service and, also made amazing drinks! She was extremely nice when I called and asked questions about the Sabrina Carpenter refresher, and was just as nice in person! Would give even more stars if I could! Would come back here again ❤️
