  A bad attitude towards customers and a terrible hot chocolate although I asked for a change to the red-haired girl who was today at 4:50, she looked at me very badly and gave me an equally ugly drink

  I went to this shop to have coffee and a donut with my daughter. The service was ok, but not as cheerful as I expected. The tables were extrememly sticky as was the floor. I can handle that. I wiped off the table myself. No big deal. The one thing that convinced me to never go back was the volume of the music. It was ear splitting. My daughter and I couldnt even have a decent conversation. Hey, I am not adverse to enjoying loud country or rock music, but not at 9am before my first cup of coffee and a hangover.

  Don't know what the food was like. Walked in, no one was at the counter at all. Man loading up one of the machines pretended he didn't see me. Saw a poster near the register with the manager's message that it is unacceptable to ignore customers or make them wait. I waited five minutes in all, never was even greeted, walked out. So food gets a one because there was none. I thought "maybe they prioritize the drive thru" but other reviews suggest that isn't it either. Place and parking lot is dirty anyway, and the staff only wish to pretend to be mice around back. Don't bother with this Dunkin', you won't be served or respected.
