The staff was rude and unfortunately did not include my receipt to resolve the issue after the fact. You would think that DQ should have better standards for the privately owned stores Owner responded but never offered to credit for the incorrect order even offer anything, just an I'm sorry and hope you come back again.

But once opened the one clearly had a shot of chocolate syrup in it which is not how it comes and not how it was ordered. It is not how it was wanted either. For how expensive it is a mess up isn't cheap.
