The app stated online it was available in store. Revision in the app and with service should be necessary in these situations. Inconsistent information about this product and hours of the pharmacy were disclosed to me. When expressing my grievances to the manger there was a lack of understanding and defensive tone, which was very unpleasant. I suggested training staff to understand cross flow aspect of the store to limit confusion like this and make certain items more accessible. It did not seem like she was taking my grievances seriously. When these are items that everyday people need that they should have access to or that the manager should have a key to access. Which apparently is not an option at this location. I do hope they reconsider. I went to Walmart down the road and got what I needed. I would like to support Giant over Walmart, but unfortunately I cannot say I got what I needed at this store or that they offered it to me. Walmart was helpful however and I highly suggest after this experience checking there first. I really hope they reconsider having access to certain items so that people like myself can support them more and costumers are supported in return. If not I guess I will have to continue my business at Walmart which is very disappointing. I will still follow up with cooperate as the manger suggested and while I realize they don't have control over certain aspects and the store level, part of customer service is showing empathy + understanding and relaying grievances without hesitation.

Instead of just reading what the signs says. Probably didnt know how to read. And is just very nasty. Why does she even has a job there. Another worker knew how to read and it was obvious the cereal was on sale for 1.88. 3 day.sale. was rifht size of box. Right name. So make sure your ignorant workers know how to read before hiring
