  This location is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and accountability. As a DoorDash driver, I rely on accurate and timely service. When I arrived, the staff ignored me and showed zero respect—no greeting, no effort to assist, just repeatedly saying “we are working on the order” with a dismissive attitude. I waited 15–20 minutes, only to find out—after repeatedly asking—that the order had already been stolen. This is basic operational failure. No one checked, no one communicated, and no one cared about the time being wasted. This kind of negligence directly impacts drivers’ earnings and ratings. Time is money in this job, and this store clearly has no regard for that. I will be reporting this location to both DoorDash and McDonald’s corporate. Management needs to take immediate action, retrain staff, and implement proper order verification procedures. This level of incompetence should not be tolerated.

  One of the slowest and most disorganized McDonald's I've been to. The staff has no idea who needs what. Had to wait 5 mins after getting my food to find an employee to get my drink cup. No one was taking orders at the counter so you have to use the kiosk. Orders weren't shown on the board so make sure you remember your number. Would only return out of desperation.

  this location never gets my uber eats order right often leaving out the hashbrowns on the bundled meal and never gets the xtra stuf right like extra cheese do not order uber eats from here!

  Stopped for coffee, got it with a separated cream, after I already started asking for it. Then she said she'll try to fix it and start to brew another jug instead of just changing the bad cream. Then, when 17 minutes passed, I was already almost too late for a meeting. I start to ask them to reimburse it.. seems as a manager came trying to convince me that it's almost ready almost done and when finally she served it, there was no vanilla in it. So I went for a meeting and after the meeting, I came back to refund it bringing back coffee. Manager was not happy about it saying that she need to use your own money to return it because I was using Apple app and I have to reimburse it myself. I just say thank you and left because after me working 18 years in hospitality industry, I didn't know what shall I say?

  Driving through town and wanted to pick up breakfast. My wife said this location doesn't have good reviews. I mentioned that every fast food place is like that anymore and it's probably blown out of proportion. Boy was I wrong. Ordered a #1 combo with a small coke and a #2 with a sweet tea. Order sounded ok when they said it back, but the price didn't make sense. Got to the window and it was changed to the 2 sandwiches (not combo) and only 1 drink. The guy in the payment window at least said hi. I don't even think the lady in the food window looked outside. Stuck her arm out the window without saying a word. The egg in mine was somehow overcooked, but I guess the sweet tea was fine. Not that I'm in the area often, but I'll be remembering this when I come through.
