  We went around 8:40ish in the morning today and the guy in the drive thru was rude and angry also he didn’t get my order correct.

  This McDonald's always screws up your order and serves cold food. Ordered a happy meal with a dipping sauce. Chicken nuggets are cold and no sauce.. Does anybody working here care? Spicy chicken sandwich for dad was also COLD. Lots of fast food options to spend your money on and this is one way to have customers keep on driving to someplace else.

  Their drive through worker at this time was rude because they forgot to give me my extra sauces I paid for . The way he responded to the situation was also very rude , making faces that I said they forgot my sauces and this isn’t the first time I deal with this rude worker through the drive through . Very unprofessional behavior and responses from him . This location is always forgetting something on my order and I shouldn’t get this type of treatment from their mistakes .

  Placed an order through the app for inside pick up. My husband gets there and its marked that we're there and that the order is being made. I immediately get a notification saying the order is ready, which there is no way since it was a big order and and literally 10 seconds passed. There was no order to be picked up and after a couple mins, the app changed the status to prepping so I just thought it was a glitch. Fast forward 15 mins and still no food. Ask about the order and get literally no response but he walks back and I'm assuming that he's talking to whoever. Fast forward ANOTHER 15 min and I am now informed that they dont have my order and it needs to be resubmitted. So now waiting almost an hour! I normally don't leave reviews but its ridiculous and both out locations in Woodburn have these all the time! And whats further irritating is that the order will probably come up wrong somehow. Already been a very long day and I'm just trying to get dinner home to.my family. Like I said, I normally dont leave reviews but today I'm just done.
