  I asked for sauces make me park and don’t even give the sauces I ask for like be fr happens all the time like put the fries and ketchup in the bag

  Once again this location failed to give me what I order and paid for, I ordered a side item and I should have checked the bag before I left because it wasn’t there. This location is notorious for not processing orders correctly.

  Absolutely the worst food service ever!! (even for a mcdonalds!) Managers absolutely clueless, cooks are screaming at the baggers, they have one guy running in and out taking orders to cars they CLUELESSLY park. We were parked for about 45-50 minutes AT THE FRONT WINDOW. I talked to 2 different employees who were already doing more work then im sure they get compensated for. Nobody working at the desk and so a bagger had to go between bagging and taking orders. The understaffing and poor management allow the line to build up. After officially hitting the one hour mark, I finally left with cold food and flat sodas. Not even allowed to receive my cold food and a refund.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of effort from everyone involved at this ‘fast’ food restaurant. I arrived at 10:23 am for breakfast and did not leave until 11:36am. This entire location is understaffed, and poor managed. The MANAGER was screaming at employees in the back while the line grew longer. After giving me my drink at the window and waiting 45 minutes for someone to explain to me what was going on, I was told my order was non existent. How is that possible after I already paid and received half of it? I spoke to four different people and no one was able to communicate to me where my food was. My food was cold, my soda was flat and had ran out of syrup. They refused to remake my soda, and refused to refund me. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

  I have never left a bad review for mc Donald's but for how much I'm paying for a milk shake and I don't even get it filled all the way up absolutely pissed me off. I will be going to the other one in Woodburn , lost my service.
